Terms of Service

Zone Pass provides a platform for discovering and purchasing experiences offered by participating venues in Santo Domingo. The venue delivers the experience; Zone Pass provides purchase, digital pass, support, and redemption technology.

You must provide accurate buyer, recipient, and contact information. Stripe processes payment and a successful purchase creates a unique QR pass.

• Each pass is valid only for the experience and period shown.
• A pass may be redeemed only once.
• Keep the QR code and pass ID secure.
• Resale, duplication, alteration, or fraudulent use is prohibited.

Admission remains subject to lawful safety, age, identification, capacity, dress, and conduct requirements. A venue may reject an expired, refunded, redeemed, invalid, or suspicious pass.

Refunds follow the Zone Pass Refund Policy. Eligible customers may request a full refund within 72 hours while the pass remains unused. A submitted request blocks redemption during review.

We may correct offer errors, remove unavailable experiences, or suspend suspicious activity. To the extent permitted by law, Zone Pass is not responsible for indirect losses or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

For date or time-limited offers, the QR pass expires when the offer redemption window ends. Buying in advance does not make the QR expire after 72 hours; the 72-hour period applies only to cancellation and refund eligibility.

• If an offer shows a final redemption date or time, the pass cannot be redeemed after that moment.
• If an offer is purchased well before the event or experience date, the unused QR pass remains redeemable until the stated redemption deadline.
• A pass that has been redeemed, refunded, or marked under refund review cannot be redeemed again.
