This policy explains how Zone Pass uses information to process purchases, deliver passes, provide support, and protect the platform.

We collect buyer and pass-holder contact details, purchase and redemption records, refund information, authorized staff records, and basic technical and security information.
2. Payments
Stripe processes card information. Zone Pass does not store complete card numbers or security codes. We retain transaction references needed for support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and refunds.
3. How information is used
We use information to create and deliver QR passes, validate redemption, send transactional emails, provide support, monitor security, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. Providers and venues
We use Stripe, Supabase, Resend, and Vercel. Participating venues receive only the information reasonably needed to validate passes and manage their experience.
5. Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary for transactions, support, disputes, accounting, security, and legal obligations. We use restricted access and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
